If you do not agree to the changes, you must cease using the Service and uninstall the browser extension or mobile application. • Smart Price Compare (PCP): Coupert Pure instantly compares prices for products you view across multiple retailers, helping you find the best deals.
• Privacy Protection: Coupert Pure does not share your data with affiliate networks.

Coupert Pure Subscription Terms

• Subscription Model: Access to Coupert Pure's core features (Automatic Coupons and Price Compare) requires a paid subscription.
• Free Trial: New users are eligible for a one-time 3-day free trial of the Service. No payment information is required to start the trial.
• Billing: After the free trial period, your chosen subscription (monthly or annual) will be automatically billed to your provided payment method through Stripe. Annual subscriptions are offered at a discounted rate.
• Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless you cancel it.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Coupert Pure account settings on the website or via the Stripe customer portal.
• Cancellation within 3-day Cooling-Off Period: If you cancel within the first 7 days of your initial subscription (which includes the 3-day trial), you will receive a full refund.
• Cancellation after 3-day Cooling-Off Period: If you cancel after the initial 7 days, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be billed for subsequent periods. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.
• Refunds: Refunds are available only within the 3-day cooling-off period as described above. Refund requests can be made through your Coupert Pure account settings on the website.
• Payment Method: You will need to update your payment method directly through the Stripe customer portal.

About Coupons

Coupert Pure gathers publicly available coupons, vouchers, and deals from the internet and partner retailers. We strive to keep these updated daily. However, coupons and discount codes are subject to availability and may have exclusions, limitations, and terms & conditions set by third-party merchants. Coupert Pure is not responsible for missed savings.

About Price Compare

Coupert Pure's Price Compare service helps you understand price differences across different merchants. All Price Compare information is presented neutrally and transparently. You acknowledge the following:

• Legitimate Use: You must use the service legally and refrain from any illegal activities.
• Product Information Changes: Product information (prices, availability, promotions) can change at any time. Verify details on the retailer's website before ordering.
• Merchant Reputation: Coupert Pure may provide some reference information on merchant reputation, but does not guarantee merchant credibility.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." COUPERT PURE MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE SERVICE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, OR MATERIALS INCLUDED.

• Comprehensiveness: Price Compare may not cover all merchants and shopping platforms.
• Ranking of Price Compare options: The ranking of price comparison options are for reference only.
• No endorsement statement: Any information and services provided by Coupert do not constitute an endorsement of products, merchants and shopping platforms.
• Third-party links: We are unable to fully monitor and verify the source and accuracy of information.
• Information accuracy: We cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the price information and product descriptions provided by merchants.
• Service Changes and Interruptions: The Service Provider reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service, temporarily or permanently, at any time.
• User behavior: We are not responsible for any consequences caused by users using our services to engage in illegal activities.
• Merchant behavior: Coupert will find the most cost-effective promotion for you, but the final ownership of the promotion belongs to the merchant you shop with, and we are not responsible for the final result of the order.
• Account security: After you register successfully, you are responsible for keeping your Coupert account and password.

Limitations on Coupert Pure's Liability

COUPERT PURE SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, LIQUIDATED, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFIT, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF COUPERT PURE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY IN THIS AGREEMENT, COUPERT PURE'S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500).

Arbitration Clause & Class Action Waiver

PLEASE REVIEW THIS CLAUSE AS IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

YOU AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND US (WHETHER OR NOT SUCH DISPUTE INVOLVES A THIRD PARTY) WITH REGARD TO YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH US, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DISPUTES RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT, YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, AND/OR RIGHTS OF PRIVACY AND/OR PUBLICITY, WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION UNDER THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION'S RULES FOR ARBITRATION OF CONSUMER-RELATED DISPUTES.

Governing Law and Forum

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California in the United States of America without regard to its conflicts or choice of law provisions. Any dispute with Coupert Pure, or its officers, directors, employees, agents or affiliates, arising under or related to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively as specified in the Arbitration Clause & Class Action Waiver clause herein.
